About the Treatment Room
Our mission is keeping you healthy and feeling good. Whether that is focused on relaxation, event recovery or injury treatment. With our help you will be able to pursue your life and your hobbies to the full: your well-being is our primary concern.
Fully qualified and insured, we are experts in our fields and members of the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists). Certifications held include IHHT Level 3 Certificate in Swedish Massage, HST Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy and Beauty Academy Diploma in Indian Head Massage
Our Services
We offer two massage types:
Relaxation – Swedish Massage and Indian Head Massage.
Sports – Deeper massages for athletes either aimed at general muscle recovery or to aid coming back from injury.
At the studio we have infrared treatment lamps, massage chair and couch plus waxing facilities (for ladies).
We also have portable massage equipment / couches for event support.
